Please read these Terms and Conditions of sale carefully.  All purchases from Eden Florist Ltd are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.


All prices quoted on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). If you make a purchase using a credit card it will be charged in NZD. All purchases include GST.


Our flowers are always fresh, fragrant and beautiful. We will attempt to match as closely as possible the flowers displayed on the website with flowers that are in season. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us immediately to discuss how we can help.


If you or the recipient are not home we will leave flowers at a location specified by you or in another suitable location.  We will leave a card in the letterbox advising that location.

If your delivery address does not have a suitable place we can leave the flowers we will contact you  i.e: text, phone call and/or email. We will do our absolute best to deliver your flowers to you that day after making contact.  If we cannot speak to you personally, we will leave a message where possible. 

If we can not contact you and there is nowhere suitable to leave the flowers (i.e. an apartment building) we will unfortunately need to charge a $14.00 re delivery fee if we have to deliver after hours or the following day.  

Alternatively, you are welcome to collect the flowers from our studio that evening or the following day in Richmond, Christchurch.

Any orders placed for delivery on a public holiday will be delivered the following day. And orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday unless to prior arrangement.  


 When you use the Website to purchase any products you will be required to provide certain information. You agree and warrant that:

 (a) You will not use any false identities or personas and must provide us with your full legal name and current details;

(b) All information provided by you will be true and correct in all respects at the time it is given;

(c) You are responsible for ensuring that all information which is necessary to process any uncompleted sale transaction is kept up to date at all times, and will provide details of any changes to Eden Florist Ltd.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on this website. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of these Terms and Conditions or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the website or discontinue any use of the website immediately.


We take great care and pride to ensure our flowers are of the highest quality. If in the rare occurrence you receive damaged or unsatisfactory goods please contact us immediately via email info@edenflorist.co.nz.


·        Same day delivery available on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday to residential addresses.

·        Same day delivery available on orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday to work addresses.

·        Saturday same day delivery is available for all orders placed before 10am on Saturday.

·        We do not deliver on Sunday's unless via prior arrangement.

If, for any reason, we cannot safely access the property a re-delivery fee of $14 may be charged i.e. security gate, aggressive dog. 

We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

Eden Florist(“we,” “us” or “our”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights and concerns of all users of www.edenflorist.co.nz (the “Site”).  Accordingly, we have established and implemented this Privacy Statement to inform visitors to the Site of how we use and protect the information we collect through the Site.  By visiting or browsing the Site, you consent to Eden Florists’ collection, use, storage, deletion, and disclosure of personal information relating to you as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

By using our Site and/or providing information to us, you consent to the policy. If you are under 18, we require you to inform and gain a parent or guardian’s consent to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions before registering with us or placing an order.


Personal information means information that can be used to identify and contact you.  Our Site may be browsed anonymously.  If you do not browse anonymously, the Site may collect personal information from you including your email address, mailing address, credit card information, telephone number, and billing and shipping information.  We also collect the third party bouquet recipients’ names, addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses that you provide to us.

We may collect personal information when you create an account on the Site; participate in Site feedback, questionnaires, surveys, or contests; participate in forums and chat rooms; purchase a product through the Site; or receive customer or technical support.


We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. However, we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering bouquets or merchandise and for processing payments. They will have access to the minimum amount of your personal information needed to perform these services, but we will not authorise them to use your information for other purposes.

When there is a legal obligation to do so Eden Florist  may disclose your information to any relevant regulatory body. In addition, we may provide statistics with personal identifiers removed about our customers, readers, sales, traffic patterns and related site functions to reputable third parties.


It is very important to us that you feel secure while visiting and ordering with Eden Florist. We take security seriously and have taken steps to ensure your personal information is secure. We use a secure Hosted Payment page to process online orders. This means your credit card details are never recorded or stored on our website; they are processed only in the highly secure environment.


You may obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we hold personal information about you. You may also request a copy of the information and/or request that corrections or changes are made to it. You are at all times entitled to change your personal information that we hold. In order to do this, click the Customer Login page on the Site. After signing in your personal information will be made available for you to view and change. You also have the ability to change your secure password at any stage. You will be required however to enter your current password in order to change it to a different one.


You are responsible for all actions taken with your user name, email address and password. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your Eden Florist password to any third parties. If you choose to share your user name, email address and password or your information with third parties to provide you additional services, you are responsible for all actions taken with this information and therefore you should review that third party’s privacy policy.
