What Occasions do you provide bouquets for?

We provide flowers for any occasion! 

Whether it be a birthday, anniversary, sympathy or just a thank you. Our team will surely impress you and the recipient with one of our fresh arrangements. 

Do you offer a Designer’s Choice Bouquet at Eden Florist?

Yes our floral artist would love the opportunity to create a designer’s choice floral bouquet made from seasonally available flowers, just for you. Simply order this product through our website or contact us if it’s not currently listed.

Can you deliver floral bouquets and gifts to hospitals?

We would love the opportunity to deliver an arrangement to your loved ones.  Specific details are required for Hospital deliveries including full name of recipient and ward number. 

Please note the following wards DO NOT accept fresh flowers:

 Ward 10 (CTW, Vascular) Ward 11 (Surgical), Ward 15 & SPCU, Ward 16 & SARA, Ward 17, Ward 18, Ward 19 & OTU, Ward 20, Ward 24, Ward 25, Ward 26, Ward 28, Ward 29, AMAU, BMTU, CHOC, CICU, CTW, ICU, PHDU, UU.


Can I request a specific delivery time for my bouquet order?

Depending on availability, Yes!

If you have a specific delivery time for your arrangement, just pop a note with your instructions on it during the check out process and we will aim to deliver on that time. If we have any issues or other deliveries booked we will contact you as soon as we can to organise otherwise.

What areas do you deliver your flowers to?

We deliver inside the Christchurch City limits and to rural areas surrounding Christchurch on request.

If unsure, give us a ring and we will work out a solution to suit you.

What are your open hours?

We are open Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 8m - 3pm.

For deliveries or pickups outside of these hours, please contact us to make specific arrangement.

Can your regularly replace flowers for my home?

We can offer a fully catered floral solution for your home or workplace including regular replacement as desired!

Can I have other gifts or special foods delivered with my order?


We have a gift selection that would be sure to impress! 

Simply add them to your cart, and if there is any specific requirements just pop a note down on the check out process and we can cater for your needs. 

How can I redeem my Eden Florist voucher?

View your cart from the link in the side menu and double check the items are as you desire.

From there enter your voucher code in the indicated box in the summary and done!

What do I do if I need to make a change to my florist order?

If there is a change, please contact us immediately. 

Whether it be the bouquet/arrangement choice, delivery address or a special message to attach, we can provide professional help you provide you with any changes you would like.  

What happens if there are issues with my bouquet or gift order, including delivery problems?

If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the problem.
